According to the Telegraph, there are many golf holidays "springing up" in the area, which features "lush green fairways". It noted the PGA Golf de Catalunya is a good example and said that the course is not marred by apartment blocks as many other golf courses are. As well as superb golf courses, the publication said the region is "overflowing with beautiful architecture, culture and natural beauty". Those who buy property on the Costa Brava will be able to enjoy "rugged" beaches and picturesque fishing villages, such as Dali's Cadaques and Llafranc. This comes after Paul Bradley, a spokesperson for the Spanish Property Owners Guild revealed that property prices in the country declined by 11 per cent in 2008. He asserted that they are likely to fall another seven per cent this year. http://www.property-abroad.com/spain/ # # #
